Most of us have probably tried guacamole before and fallen in love. I must admit, I love the stuff and being in Mexico around abundant avocados get to appreciate it very often. If you haven tried it you should because you are missing out on something amazing so just so you spend no longer I’m going to tell you how you can make guacamole to enjoy in your own home. The magic thing about guacamole is that homemade usually tastes much better than any type you can buy in a shop and it is probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever find!

2 red tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves
Peel the avocados and mash in a bowl saving the stones. Wash the onion, tomatoes and cilantro and chop them along with the garlic then mix in with mashed avocados. Wash the lime, cut it in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into the bowl with your avocado, tomato and onion mix. Add a pinch of pepper, a pinch of cumin and salt to taste. Mix everything well and add the stones from the avocados again (because they help keep the mixture fresh) and leave in the fridge to cool for an hour or two before devouring.
